Craig, I think we might have to agree to disagree on this.  It
depends on what you mean by "the same mailing list".  If it's
just the list of email addresses provided to LUV by members,
then it's the same list, even if running on different
infrastructure (still managed by LUV members).  If it's that
list *and* the software and hardware infrastructure (that is,
Mailman some version on LUV servers), then it's a different
list.  I don't think we can reach any other resolution.

It would have been better if the change had been explained
better.

Small correction, it's "Chainference", not "Chainconference".

Yes, it's not relevant to your main point, but you did make an
incorrect assumption, even if it seemed to you reasonable.
