It is a new mailing list and it sends mail to different addresses. I only ever received one message when announcements were sent to the luv- announce but this one went to 3 addresses of mine. The treatment I received from LUV people was unkind, disrespectful, and negative. So I stopped working on things like Mailman and stopped attending LUV events.
