No, just rsync a prepared image onto it.

Europe means higher latency, we haven't tested video conferencing much but the 
tests we have done have been OK.  Join the next LUV meeting and see what you 
think.  I don't know how Mumble would go.

We could host mailing lists for other free software groups on the LUV server.  
Running a Mumble server for a FOSS group isn't out of the question.
