/sbin/ethtool -K eth0 gso off tso off

Hetzner tech support said that the above command will solve the problem, I've 
implemented that on the dom0 and we will see what happens.

Also the first IPv4 address we had for the LUV server was blocked by a number 
of other services on the Internet.  So I got a new IPv4 address and it seems 
to be better now.
