Btw, you'll notice there's a lot of support questions specially right after we launch a new Lubuntu version. Advantage: it helps a lot the testers (at least me and the other testers reading facebook group) to get bugs of different machines, test on my own machine and report. Disadvantage: the same old story, ie, facebook is not a support channel. But yet again, it's a friendly place for newcomers.
