Ianorlin, Well, as Phillw already said, we tried what you suggested before. IMHO, social media looks like more human, more friendly than UF, AU, or IRC. On the other hand, UF, AU or IRC are the best places to get specialized support. IMHO²: once social media looks like more friendly, I tend to think that newcomers are getting/asking support at social media. Once they get used to Lubuntu, they migrate to the correct support places. Yet again, it's just my feeling after a year +something of social media administration. Finally, at the Facebook group we have a huge description pointing to the correct support places. (description is pasted at the end of this e-mail) Well, those are my 2 cents. If you have any suggestion to improve the way we treat newcomers to become, well, let's say, "fluent lubuntu users", I'm all ears.
