/dev/sda5 should be (wd0,4) if I am not misrecalled.

Try dir (wd0,4)/ or dir (wd0,5)/ to see which is right.

But if directory is wrong there should be error message like this:
file is not set or not exist
...

So I am not sure about the root cause.
