I guess my thought process on this is: * This community team is doing great work creating documentation/support for their local community/language. * We (the wider Ubuntu community) should support each other in these efforts. * They (Iranian Team) are having trouble with server/software maintenance. Reasonable as that takes volunteer time. Common issue for all teams. * Why not use a centralized resource/wiki that supports all local community teams in their efforts? * It could be wiki.ubuntu.com, help.ubuntu.com/community/, or what have you, I don't have a preference in that choice. * I think it is in the best interest of the whole community to support the whole community and providing a service where a few people could share the work load that supports the maximum number of teams/users is an obvious win (to me). So, I take your point that w.u.c is not for support, and it is probably true that help.ubuntu.com/community really isn't the nicest of places to do this kind of work. However, I'm now thinking about how best to take this opportunity to support the wider community instead of just a one-off for the Iranian Team (though, whatever can help them the fastest is probably best for now).
