Domain Name Service (DNS) is a global database system that controls use of
domain names. It does no allow duplications. In other words, the guy got there
first and as such DNS can never allow any other www.unbuntu.cl. The exclusive
right to use www.unbuntu.cl now belongs to him, patents or copyrights do not
apply here. Its first come first serve basis. Simply pay the guy off or better
still, contract some busy hands in Hackers Boys High School, Tokyo, to bring
the site down, that is if it implements any SMTP or IMAP. On the other hand,
call the guy to a negotiation table. Tell him the reason why he should avoid
such names. Besides, ubuntu is a product that does not limit users. The right
you have to use it, same belongs to him. Being in ubuntu team does not exclude
the existence of ubuntu club. Anyway, if you are launching any ‘occupation’,
canvass for good allied. You will surely get. Some can overwhelm the site with
stupid pop-ups, heavy duty images that take hours to load, or better still,
redirect the site to ‘crime related activities’ that will warrant Government
intervening. Meanwhile, be level headed in appraoching the issue so as to
attract the support from Jono and others.
Thank you and God bless.

Smart Ikhu-Omoregbe, for NIGERIAN_team.
