During last weekend, some friends of mine were very surprised and kind
of shocked when they run into this guy, at a Car Expo event. This guy
was showing off a game he's hosting at www.ubuntu.cl.

I had contacted hime earlier in the past (about 4 times, since 2-3
months ago) asking him about why he decided to rent 'ubuntu.cl' domain
and even use LoCo Chile logo, claiming his site and the hosted Chat, are
official Ubuntu resources for the Chilean community.

So, what can we, as Chilean LoCo do. We do not want people to relate his
game and/nor his site as something concerning Ubuntu community.

What would you all suggest we should do?

= Some additional info =
As we have never seen or meet this guy anywhere else on Forums, Wikis,
ML, etc, I can only hope he replies to my emails.

I never got any replies other than "I will remove the logo" and "tell
Canonical people to contact me". I nicely explained to him I am Ubuntu
Member and there was no need to bother Canonical people (plus I would
have to translate replies into spanish-english) with something so simple
to solve.

Best regards,
