### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
- I would like to have it, so I could merge my libc PRs once they get approved, instead of pinging maintainers to do that for me.
- In addition to that, it would help me:
- Adding labels to issues/PRs that I create for float16 math ops that I implement/try to improve - so we could have better tracking of these changes in the project.
- Adding people needed for review (instead of pinging in Discord and hope that notification doesn't go unnoticed)
