Hi Maxi, We were discussing the istSOS Project Overview docs in our weekly OSGeo-Live meeting today. Have you had a chance to go back and re-check my original review (where I made a number of tweaks to the proposed text).
I've re-attached my review text. (I suggest using my text as a basis, and if you have any changes, then apply them over mine).
