Hi Massimiliano and Milan,

If I look at the istSOS OpenHub metrics, it suggests that 95% of the code is javascript, however the project summary notes the project is written in Python.

Would I be right in suspecting that your OpenHub entry is not accurately pointing at your source code? If so, could you please update OpenHub such that the metrics are more accurate.

We encourage people to assess the quality of a project by looking at Open Hub metrics [2]

Hi Massimiliano,
We discussed including istSOS on OSGeo-Live in our weekly meeting today, and all present were in favour of it being included. So welcome to the OSGeo-Live community.

Could you please focus first on working out your install process so that we can get istSOS into OSGeo-Live builds and start testing it.

Then start working on the Project Overview and Quickstart.

Could you also please start an email thread suggesting what dataset(s) should be used for istSOS.
I suspect that your dataset needs would be similar to 52 North SOS?
There may be other datasets on OSGeo-Live which might be of use too?

Ideally we'd like to ensure we use the same datasets across applications

Warm regards, Cameron
