On the same subject: I am using Bezeq as infrastructure @ 15Mb and 014 as the provider at the same speed. Somehow I get a high latency when accessing sites, both in Israel and abroad.
How can I check for the exact cause? Both Bezeq and 014 say all is OK, but still... I have a Dropbox client always open, but closing it only freed a bit of download speed, and did not affect the latency - at 39-57 according to SpeedTest and 014 SpeedTest sites. Thanks!
