well, that's the definition of Slow food. I make Osso Buco, but it never
takes over two hours. Marc - I admire your culinary prowess, but next
time I ask you do this on a hollyday or a weekend. I doubt I'll be off
work tomorrow before 18:00, even if I wanted to.
