Hi Shachar,
We never said anything about commiting to a schedule, we are talking
about committing to a plan or agenda, set by the sponsors. The service
that we are proposing costs money, lots of money. The people who pay have
both the right, and in the case of the MoF, the obligation to make sure
that the money is spent for what they intend.
