What was the DOK capacity? 

I encountered such a problem when the device being mounted has less han 
VFAT size (i.e.: <= 32 Mb). If that is the case, Kudzu guesses it's an 
MSDOS partition.

I remember a 100 Mb file was transfered, so it might not be the case,

Anyway, setting all MSDOS-like FSs to VFAT is a good idea, it's 
backward-compatible...
