I've been at this list for a few months now. I've seen quite "interesting" responses to postings, but being kicked out was more than I expected.
I find this kick-out really silly too. Sorry, Ira.
Following the Rules or not, I sent this posting, because I was confident that it would do good to some people, and not bother others. I wish that others would follow the same simple principle.
Come on, Eli. Job posts are OK. But they have to be *relevant*. If someone posts something about a Unix and not Linux one no one is going to say anything.
But a whole bunch of non related jobs (Markom person? HR?) and not even from some company you work for but some unspecified source?
I don't think you need a lawyer. Just some common sense.
I still think the "exile" thing is silly, though :-)
