As a general - looks good and I could not spot any typo. However:

1. In the HTML version, there seems to be a unique problem with the first
paragraph, at least as viewed with Konqueror 3.1.x and Mozilla.

2. Konq 3.1.x displays the other bullets as asterisks (*)

3. The PDF looks much better than the HTML, but it might be a good idea to
keep the HTML free of fancy CSS fonts and styles.

4. It seems the original document is this 1site.mell thing. Is it some
kind of Hebrew Word-Processor?

5. It could be a good idea to link to CSS, DHTML, etc. from the
appropriate places in the HTML.

BTW, from what I inferred from what the W3C director of Israel said, the
W3C validators do not yet support validating text in Hebrew or Arabic. Is
that true? So far, I only used them to validate English HTML, and they
proved to be very helpful.
