Getting Israeli Web sites to comply with standards- some action

Well, after the parallel discussion here and in the Mac forums ( http://forums.ort.org.il/scripts/ showsm.asp?which_forum=307&mess=1646728 ), I wrote a document about "why it is good to build your site for standards".

I posted the first draft on the web, and would love to hear your opinions/comments.
