Hmm, maybe it's because there was a discussion about that in the past, and it was decided that both job-offers and job-requests were ok for this list?? But obviously, this "permission" should not be abused. Posting a short "I want a job" message once is ok. Posting one with a 100K ".doc" attachment every day, until you finally get a job, is not.
