I think job offers and job-wanted offers are very much on topic in linux-il, if they are linux related.
As a person who is constantly looking for good profesional to recommend for hiring, I find it most useful to have job offers and job-wanted offers published here. I am not into flaming usually, but what you wrote here is extremely rude, especially since nobody wishes to be in a state where (s)he is looking for work. It is not a position of power.
