That is not 100% true. Maybe it is hardly true?

Another Linux site appeared about 3 months ago - yours. Did anyone in 
linux-il other then you did something about it? Actually one can argue 
if some of your motivation was dissatisfaction from the linux-il site. 
Another argument is whether another Linux site is, in general, a good 
thing for Linux in Israel. In any case one can argue whether the fact 
that linux-il is less active then what you want it to be either promote 
Linux more or does not interfere with the natural growing interest in 
Linux. However please note that I don't express my opinion, just 
expressing my thoughts.
Does OO and Mozila directly related to linux-il? What about the linux 
forums on Walla, Tapuz and the other portals?

The government is also influenced from what happen in other countries. 
Giant international corporations like IBM and Comapq also influence it. 
And don't forget that we are taking about computers, one of the front 
lines of the information era and the global village.

Don't take me wrong: of course we should do things and what we do has 
some influence. Yet Linux belongs to the world.
