I do /ignore cinicism - specially when it comes to serious issues as Amuta.

Please read my other reples. The requirments for voting I specifically
mentioned are:

* willness to volunteer with various stuff.
* subscibed to Linux-IL

Oh, and another thing - a good knowledge of Linux. I'm not talking the
internal knowledge of Linux kernel VM or other internal knowledge of Linux,
but issues like what is Samba (for example), interopability with other OS's,
Linux features, and stuff like that - which is a very important issues when
being asked by non Linux people..

I did not ask for taxes, but OTOH if we start with 0 (zero) NIS balance sheet
and we want to gather around for a big meeting, then people will have to pay
for the meeting itself, not as a subscription.

I don't ask people to hug & kiss - it's about voting, democracy - and as I
wrote many times before - no one is forcing anyone to join, but the door is
always open for people who can meet the requirements to join.
