Hi, Arash Zeini, Roozbeh and I are working on KDE 3.0 in FarsiKDE ml (http://lists.sharif.edu/mailman/listinfo/farsikde), we have a meeting in two days, to findout the current problems, let us know of any problems specific to hebrew.
