After looking over the site, my immediate thoughts were, "Vapourware" and
"scam". But if so, why is Microsoft sueing them? Possible answer: Provoke
Microsoft into a legal situation to draw atention. If Gates thinks Lindows is
important enough to sue, people will think that Lindows must have something, so
off they go and pay their $99 and/or buy stock. A nice bit of reverse FUD. (And,
in the present unfriendly attitude to Microsoft in the Courts, Lindows might
even win something ... without even having gone to market with a product. This
is possibly a neat little win-win "shtick".)
