Linaro is not a distro ;-) Although it does put out quite a lot of images. Did you have a particular one in mind? Here is a page on installing Debian which may be helpful (I know nothing of the Utilite) https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/CompuLab/PC-Utilite/wheezy It may well have got rather easier since that was written.
