Hi, Torben

After confirmation with Freescale, the binary format of manufacturing tool is 
uploaded here. I have a README file for check. 
Can you give it a try?

Please follow Philipp's steps. And let us know whether this fixes your problem. 
After that, I can update Linaro's wiki page accordingly.  And for sure your 
input can help lot of others. :)
