At the risk of getting ever-so-slightly-off-topic: My passion is not only composing but also the craft of music engraving. Typesetting, that "classic" beautiful look. Sure, I've experimented with SCORE way back when I was in college but, I never warmed up to it and besides, there's something about LilyPond - in my opinion, it allows music to just speak so clearly. I can't put my finger on it but my scores just seem to resonate with more clarity when I see them printed in my hands. It's not "cold", or sterile, but a warm score - you know what I mean?
So I do mean it when I say thank you, because I cannot believe how incredible my scores look ever since switching to LilyPond. So much control, power, and yet so user-friendly. I wish I was a programmer so I could help more :( Do you guys have a PayPal donation link or something where perhaps I could send a little something your way? I couldn't find anything on the website... :) Thanks again, Ben PS. I won't go further off-topic, but I just wanted to conclude my thoughts with this sentiment! ----- composer | sound designer -- View this message in context: http://lilypond.1069038.n5.nabble.com/Editing-slur-markings-in-LilyPond-tp135933p135993.html Sent from the User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ lilypond-user mailing list lilypond-user@gnu.org https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-user
