But I'm still getting errors.  When I put "8" as a syllable on its own, it
prints fine, but when I put it in the middle of a syllable with some other
letters, it throws a completely irrelevant error.  So I put this in my
lyrics " -- "8" -- " as a syllable on its own and it's fine, but with the
word "Ie -- so"8"s" it tells me a whole bunch of errors such as the
following (from the console):

And the *only* change was to change a 'u' to an "8"

Also, I'm not getting an e(acute) in Brebeuf, even though I'm in UTF-8
