Well, it is a loong way to go but the long-term goal is that they scroll simultaneously, yes. The user has of course to mark up the manuscript so Frescobaldi can know where the measures are. Basically the manuscript should always "be" in the measure that is currently edited. And it will be able to maintain different manuscripts to display the "current" measure in the different sources.
