Im trying to install 64 bit lilypond on Fedora 22. I get the following error:
/lilypond installer for version 2.19.24 release 1,
x86_64 build.
For a list of options, abort (^C) then do:
sh ./lilypond-2.19.24-1.linux-64.sh --help
You are about to install LilyPond in /usr/local/lilypond

To uninstall lilypond, run
/usr/local/bin/uninstall-lilypond

And when I just try to untar the tar file:
/$ sudo tar xvfj lilypond-2.19.24-1.linux-64.tar.bz2
bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now/
And when I try to open the tar wile with archive manager I get:
An error occurred while loading archive.
UTF-8
So Im guessing the developers just released a bugged version of lilypond?
