I was giving my opinion. I don’t think the passive aggressive tone is
called for at all.
And I don’t think the comparison with printed books is all that
convincing since the price for having an extra index to our NR is fairly
small compared to printing extra pages. (Yes, you could twist my words
to say “but the confusion is a price”. That’s not what I meant)
