It seems that the minimal effort thing to do right away is to fix the OSI 
website and then the Wiki page.

There’s no need to argue in circles about whether to keep the FPL name 
somewhere in the text of the body INCLUDING why it’s not used anymore and not 
to make it part of the title again.
