So, to nail it down, possibly:

"""
TIMED GRANT TO MIT LICENSE

On July 4, 2023, the MIT open source license is fully granted on the works and assets.

MIT license reference: https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT
"""

Is this the best way to word it? Does the URL work, or should I insert the MIT license itself? I'm not a lawyer, so I have no idea if URLs are frowned upon :).

That is nice and simple and clean. I'll perhaps call it "Timed-MIT" when corresponding with others.
