Dear all,
I tried to build libtool from git but failed during bootstrap. bootstrap
asked me the questions
Reversed (or previously applied) patch detected! Assume -R? [n]
Apply anyway? [n]
but no combination of y/n did the job. Here the entire session:
$ git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/libtool.git
$ cd libtool
$ ./bootstrap

Then I searched for the daily snapshots at http://pogma.com/libtool/.
The latest tarball is from 16-Nov-2011. The libtool_build.log from
22-Aug-2012 reports an error:

So, what is wrong here and how can it be fixed?
