do you mean you want a windows one?

ftp voyager, flash fxp and smartftp are windows GUI ones that do sslftp.
do they *have* to be commercial?

there is also something called sslftp for dos and linux, but i can't
remember where i found the sources.
and there's bsdftp which i've managed to compile on linux, and i've used a
compiled one on windows
