The firmware dir is "firmware" as the firmware is included from the
kernel's firmware directory.
the extra firmware blob would be along the lines of "<dir of firmware/
firmware_binary>" i.e. "radeon/R300_cp.bin" or "keyspan/mpr.fw"
So in the end the kernel puts "firmware/radeon/R300_cp.bin" "firmware/
keyspan/mpr.fw" into the kernel.
