We probably missed this one: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/hotplug/udev.git/plain/README
Requirements: - Version 2.6.34 of the Linux kernel with sysfs, procfs, signalfd, inotify, unix domain sockets, networking and hotplug enabled I suggest we build everything for 2.6.32 kernel from now on (glibc's --enable-kernel switch). Why 2.6.32? Well, It appears no distro yet builds with anything higher than that. On my current Archlinux system, I have this $ file /bin/bash /bin/bash: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.32, BuildID[sha1]=9255721db3fe81c875516a01dc0ec7bb4211a43d, stripped -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
