BLFS bootscripts are different than the other groups (as explained).

It's called coordination, when your getting ready to add a new daemon to the book contact the team. There will probably be a nightly generated tarball for this project so the updates can go out quickly.

I personally don't see why BLFS editors couldn't be given access to the repo for commits to the bootscripts section, but having a team that organizes the overall bootscript process and arranges releases is what we're after. Also, to me, it would help guarantee that the base of the bootscripts and the BLFS-released ones are fully compatible.
