I totally disagree, the udev rules and bootscripts need to be maintained
by neutral parties, that are not involved with the politics of each of
the books. CLFS has guidelines we follow, and LFS has guidelines they
follow. By the scripts and udev rules being maintained by a third party
these guidelines that make each of the books different can be decided by
a neutral third party, and both sides will have to live with the
decision that is made by this third party. Right now, everything has to
be the LFS way or no way.
