Does this mean the rest of them cannot be converted?

There is 90+ bugs in BLFS bugzilla but only 43 of them show up in
the Trac system. Do we lose the rest of them? How on earth are we
supposed to make a realistic comparison when:

1) less than half the bugs are available, and

2) some are not retrievable from the old system due to... whatever
