I don't think so. And I can't imagine anyone else thinking so also,
unless they simply just want to disagree with the suggestion.

Installing CrackLib in LFS just makes more sense to me now than when
I came up with the idea 8 hours ago. There so far has not been one
technical reason why we shouldn't do it.

That's right, I don't have a technical reason against it. I just have a problem in general with forcing someone to do something (like pick a "strong") password "for their own good". Same reason why I don't think seatbelt laws should exist...
