I'm for it. As requested, a simple "YES". This is a good thing as we get to mention login.defs and give a quick intro to what it provides. The default path is a great example....however I will make an attempt to see the other side. :-) So lets mention that it's optional. Configuration? Yeah if it goes in it'll be enabled by default.
