This is incorrect, and one of the main reasons why I'd like to get
the package into LFS. The BLFS instructions *will not* work, without
some tweaking, with just Shadow.

HLFS is much more than just tight security. Adding CrackLib to LFS is
just a simple way to enforce a good security policy on the default LFS
build.
