This is incorrect, and one of the main reasons why I'd like to get the package into LFS. The BLFS instructions *will not* work, without some tweaking, with just Shadow. HLFS is much more than just tight security. Adding CrackLib to LFS is just a simple way to enforce a good security policy on the default LFS build. -- Randy rmlscsi: [GNU ld version 2.15.94.0.2 20041220] [gcc (GCC) 3.4.3] [GNU C Library stable release version 2.3.4] [Linux 2.6.10 i686] 23:40:00 up 124 days, 23:13, 2 users, load average: 0.07, 0.15, 0.24 -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/lfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/faq/ Unsubscribe: See the above information page
