No specific point within it as all you are doing is presenting a list of worst case possibles.
My point is you take a position that says there are numerous details we do not known about. You therefore assume the very worst scenario of the possible scenarios and extrapolate a conspiracy from this. You then go on to say: "The favourite and more likely possibility is that the Turkeys decided not to vote for Christmas. Let's face it -for many of the players at Cardiff they would have been making themselves unemployed by winning." Which is frankly very insulting to the professionalism and integrity of every single player who played that day. And followed it with: "It is a very intriguing thing to ponder but something very strange went wrong in Cardiff." It wasn't strange. We were rubbish. We had been rubbish for months. It was a thorough hiding that had been coming for a while. People can of course feel free to posit theories to their hearts content. I am equally free to state I feel an approach of innuendo and worst case theorising is a bit silly. Each to their own as I said! Promotion one season should have provided enough extra income to pay that payment for that season. The problem arises in that this payment is only the first in a long series of payments. What is not known is whether or not these payments are suspended should the club get relegated once more. It is possible that a promotion followed by a relegation could leave in place the long series of payments to be made to the bondholders which could be disastrous. It may also be that the promotion trigger is actually an "embarrassment clause" intended to save face for the bondholders should Leeds effectively bounce back up, and that it has a time limit on it, after which promotion is no longer a trigger. The devil is in the detail of the deal that Krasner did with Bingham McCutcheon. This presents a situation which is almost unthinkable. ******* This message and any attachment are confidential and may be privileged or otherwise protected from disclosure.
