I don't think non-disclosure agreements are enforceable when pertaining to wrongdoing and potentially criminal activity... I'm sure the FA, FL, UEFA and FIFA not to mention the fraud squad, would have Mr. Bates and Co. in hearings and courtrooms long before any civil contract dispute hit the judge's desk... If there were any evidence to support such an allegation, then I'd imagine that Cuddly Ken could kiss goodbye to any future in football ownership and our Mighty Whites would take the shortcut to a lower division, without having to drag the process out over a frustrating season for the fans... With so many axes to grind, currently I believe that, if such a conspiracy to throw the final had existed it would have come home to roost by now.
