The talk is we've got Westlake for Harding plus cash. Don't know him that well, but he's 22 and their players of the season 3 years ago, so sounds promising. Initial feeling good on that signing (though he spent a fair bit of last season out injured).
However selling Harding looks very, very weird. We've now released Pugh, sold Harding, bought and sold Livermore, still got a crocked (and rubbish) Crainey and sent Parker off on a 6 month loan. Surely, surely no-one would be stupid enough to play Killer at left back after Cardiff. Surely? -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Jim Moran Sent: 02 August 2006 17:29 To: 'Mark Humphries'; 'Sean Emmott'; [email protected] Subject: RE: [LU] Livermore SOLD Not really, I think we've treated Livermore like shit. If he wasn't good enough, we shouldn't have gone for him. And there's no chance we've made money on the deal, maybe we didn't lose too much, but that's not the point. I think it's just a sign of bad skills in the transfer market, and yet another example of the reasons I don't like Blackwell. ******* This message and any attachment are confidential and may be privileged or otherwise protected from disclosure.
