Bollocks. When we signed him he was good enough to play because we didn't have many other central midfielders and it looked like we weren't going to be able to get the ones we wanted. Then we can, so KB's able to face facts and get shut swiftly. FFS, last two seasons everyone's had a go at him for sticking by Gregan because he can't admit he's wrong. It's not ideal, but this isn't Championship Manager - you can only sign players who are available at a given time. At the moment it seems like everything Blackwell does is given a negative slant by the fans. I've even seen him blamed for Nicholls' knee injury! To be honest, I'm rather excited about the other midfielder that's coming in and relieved that Nicholls' scan result obviously isn't as bad as a lot of us feared. _______________________________________________ the Leeds List is an unmoderated mailing list and the list administrators accept no liability for the personal views and opinions of contributors.
