I have no idea where folks honestly expected Leeds to finish these last 2
seasons, but if my old beer sodden brain can flitfully pull together the odd
flashback, we would all have been delighted with A. mid table mediocrity,
followed next season by B. a play-off spot
Rich W, if your out there - exactly where did you think Leeds would finish
these last 2 seasons and how long did you say Blackwell would be left in
charge????
BTW - For the pedants on the list,if I had removed all of Mark's post and
just sent mine, would you have any idea what I was talking about?

Well you see that is what I have said all along, NEXT season is the season
where all of our expectations will be the same. Rich, you, me, Ken Bates
and, the players and, believe it or not, Blackwell himself. Next season

I don't for one second that will appease Rich though, he always seems more
intent in trying to justify snap judgements he makes, and that colours
everything else he will ever say about that person again.
I predict here and now that if KB produces a wonderfully flowing football
team and we walk the league we will hear stuff like "yeah well he spent
more
money than anyone else so anyone could have done that, and anyway he was
lucky he got that new assistant in (or insert any number of excuses).
For me, I couldn't give a shit if Blackwell is lucky, unlucky, genius,
clueless, fat, ugly, a woman.... as long as we go up next season!
Anyway, the only aside KB will have noticed will have been Cuddly Ken's
in
the aftermath of The Debacle. Basically, no more excuses. This had better
be it. To all intents and purposes, a very public written warning!
